Even if, logically, the Bruins should win this series 99 times out of 100, Bruins fans believe that this will be that 1 time. It doesn’t matter that they should win, just that they do win.

And, when you consider that the last time they won a playoff series was 1999, winning the first round would be huge for the B’s, regardless of who they played.
