Seriously, that&#039;s a big-time charge in a world where anyone gets fined (or worse) for questioning a single call by the officials. It&#039;s not like he&#039;s Sid The Kid or AO, either, though, it&#039;s not like he has a LOT to lose.</description>

As much as I dislike Sean Avery, I have no doubt that some hits/plays that get sent to the box for 2 minutes would result in little more than a scolding from the refs if other, less antagonistic players did them.</description>
