I don’t really have anything helpful to offer, other than that you’re definitely not alone in feeling like this sometimes.

And don’t worry about it sounding like “first world problems” whining, that’s dismissive crap. Other people having worse problems don’t make your problems non-problems. I slightly hate whoever made that a thing.
